2025 Masters & Juniors Euros — Test 1: Endurance
Every 4 min for 6 rounds:
- 400 m Run
- Max meters on the C2 BikeErg in the remaining time
Bike accumulates and does not reset; score is total bike meters. Cap 24 min. (Juniors U12 & 13-14: 4 rounds, cap 16 min.)
Test Flow
Each 4-minute round starts with a 400 m run, the rest of the window spent banking BikeErg meters that accumulate across all rounds.
Special Regulations
The BikeErg accumulates across rounds and does not reset.
